How to put a Website on Favorites in Internet Explorer -Tip of the Day

Double click on your Internet Explorer® internet browser icon.

Type the website address of the site you want to put on your favorites. Hit Enter to go to the site.

Once you're at the site, click on "Favorites" at the VERY top of your screen, between View and Tools. (There's also a "Favorites" with a gold star beside it lower down on your screen, but I prefer the first one I mentioned.)

Click on "Add to Favorites," the top choice.

A box should pop up with the name of your site. Feel free to delete any extraneous words in the name. The shorter the name of the favorite the better.

Click OK in the box.

Your site should now be added to your favorites! Anytime you want to go to the site, click on Favorites again (between View and Tools), and click on the name of your site!
