Using the Microsoft® Word word processor program as a Thesaurus -Tip of the Week

Put away your Roget's Thesaurus. the Microsof®t Word word processor program has a built-in thesaurus ready for you to use!

First, choose the word in your document you'd like to find a synonym for.

Next, place your mouse arrow on that word and right click. Scroll up or down to the word "Synonyms," and click on the word of your choice on the list that pops up.

 

Your word will automatically be replaced by the synonym you chose!
